Hawaii - National Gold-Star Families Memorial Day Parade
As the world commemorates the 75th Anniversary of WWII, The American Gold-Star Families Memorial Day Parade pays tribute to those families who lost their family member in defense of our nation. There is no more fitting salute than to honor those who paid the ultimate cost for freedom.
The theme of the Parade is "remembering our past and celebrating our future." The purpose of the parade is to honor and pay respect to all our veterans, active duty military, their families, and especially the Gold-Star families. The parade takes place each year in Hawaii on Memorial Day Weekend.
